its location was particularly good, just off many highlights in the historical colonial center including plazuela machado, the historical colonial center, and all the good restaurants. also, camping levesque was 4.4e+02 km away. overall it was a nice size on all the windows.

I had a wonderful three-night stay with my family at this hotel, which is situated in a beautiful location near Machado Square.

suite where I stayed with my family was conveniently spacious, with two bathrooms, two televisions, three small tables with chairs, kitchenette and a balcony overlooking the sea. I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness. history of the hotel is vast and surprising, despite its years it is in excellent condition. historic center of Mazatlan, as well as the extensive boardwalk, are beautiful: well lit, clean venue, with many attractions and excellent options for lunch, dinner, enjoy snacks, coffee with dessert, toast with wine or beer. people are friendly and beaches are quiet... all of this can be reached on foot from the hotel, given its excellent location.

At a certain time, a long wait is required to have breakfast included, as they have few tables in the restaurant. It would be good if internet service was extended to the rooms as well. The rooms only have dark curtains. To cover the windows (e.g. to change clothes) there is no other option than to darken the room.

The views from the rooftop are beautiful. The staff was friendly in general. Fatima was great at giving advice. The room was clean. The hotel is on the first line of the beach and very well located. There is a great taco place around the corner: Portal de San Juan.

Our room was very small, there was almost no space to move around the room. If the safe was open, there was a danger of hitting your head when you passed it. In the bathroom there was no room to leave things, you would need a shelf. We were only there for a couple of days and every day the key was turned off and we had to go down to the reception. In general our room was not at all comfortable. However, the hotel has rooms with a view of the sea that are bigger and certainly better.

    They do omelets to order.

The beds and pillows are hard as a rock. 2 days they did not clean my room.

staff, nice. cleaning is very punctual. Very comfortable bed. pool is spectacular. location in the heart of the historical center, is really beautiful.

At check-in, they don't help you carry your luggage to the room, which makes it difficult and tiring to settle in (imagine carrying your bags alone, after an 8-hour trip). They gave us a different room from the one we reserved, since we asked for a room with a balcony, and they gave us another one, where the beds were very crowded. The air conditioning in the room is very old and makes a horrible noise. The breakfast included is subject to the availability of tables in their restaurant, which being too small fills up quickly, causing waiting time for breakfast. Even in the case of their parking lot, it gets so saturated, that we even had to leave our car on the street, risking a possible robbery or accident.

location, cleanliness, views, breakfast yummy, (could have been warmer), sunset drink on the 12th floor...easy to walk everywhere we wanted to see

one woman at the desk was not helpful, otherwise everyone was very courteous and helpful...the breakfast staff was very friendly...you need to put a tv channel schedule in the rooms...
